Produce from the Northern Counties of Britain at HFM

We’re proud to be supplied some of the best producers based in the Northern counties of England and Wales.

The Halman family at Woodlands Farm in Knutsford produce some of the very finest Heirloom Tomatoes available anywhere in the world through the summer months. Ronnie Prescott, based in Aughton, Lancashire produces some of the best brassicas anywhere in the world, and Peter Eminson, based in Tarleton specialises in Pak Choi.

Lancashire is a county we’re proud to source lots of our seasonal produce from, including much of the range of our Exotic Mushrooms. Smithy Farm in Scarisbrick produce many varieties and specialise in sourcing even more unusual mushrooms from further afield.
